Olix Consulting is a web application that supports the various tasks and provides consulting a centralized, simple environment, and anywhere, allowing collect and exploit information as never before done in the field of food security. The complete application collect records needed in a food industry for monitoring and verification: Self-Control Systems, Management Systems and Quality Management Systems Food Safety.
Fundamentally it is a management tool for consultants of quality and safety in food first, but is fully transferable to other areas of consulting. The software requires however the use and support of the quality managers to check the records, as well as the operator involucracos in any production process, which will gather all information regarding the records.
Olix Consulting enables efficient information processing and rapid resolution of problems that might arise in the management of food quality and safety, the ultimate beneficiary would be the consumer. Moreover, the difficulty of exchanging documents between consultancy and clients would be solved, thanks to the automation of the records of all kinds of documents needed in the food business.
If you are a consultant you should contact Optimum Quality, S.L. to hire a service plan that fits your needs (registers, indicators, traceability, number of companies). You should be responsible for quality or operator enough that the consultant gives you high in the system. Once you have available for your personal login information (username and password) you will have everything you need to start using Olix Consulting, however, we highly recommend taking a look at the tutorials to get the most out of the tool.
At the moment the application is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese, but we are working to expand the available languages.
To configure your user account you can access in two ways: through the company / my account menu and then clicking on "settings" or by clicking your name or avatar in the top right of the screen. Once here you can change your username (using between 6 and 10 alphanumeric characters), password or access code by inserting before the current key and repeating the new (also has restrictions between 6 and 10 characters), e-mail where you want arrive notifications (you must use a valid email) and finally the avatar or image you want to display on the system (both when entering and chat) for the latter option you must use the tool Gravatar where the picture is connected depending on your e-mail.
The documents, as well as all the information recorded in the system or intrudicida pass a secure server where they are stored separately for each company in the system.
